The Ranch House
Where Adventure Meets Comfort
About our establishment
The Ranch House is MotoRanch’s beating heart — a rider’s refuge and family basecamp rolled into one. Designed for groups, families, and friends who live for the ride but love a good night’s sleep, it’s the perfect place to recharge between desert adventures.
Outside views of the San Juan Mountains and the Gunnison Gorge cliffs with their warm hues create an incredible panorama from the ranch house. Inside, you’ll find a space that balances rugged charm with laid-back comfort. It’s a home that feels lived-in, loved, and ready for muddy boots, trail maps, and laughter echoing through its halls.

Full Kitchen
With a full kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the flatware, this house is set to host a big family meal – or pizza take away. Your choice.
Comfortable rooms
Suite with King Bed, Single Room with Double Bed, and Bunk Room with a Double and 2 single bunks, plus a pull out couch and a futon makes it a cinch to fit everyone comfortably.
The MotoBarn Advantage
Groups booking the entire Ranch House gain exclusive access to the MotoBarn — a massive multi-use space designed for riders and mechanics alike. Use it to:
- Tune your bikes after a long day
- Store your gear securely
- Gather for movies, games, or just storytelling over beers and barbecue.
The MotoBarn is fully equipped with a lounge area, lighting, tools, and that unmistakable MotoRanch energy. It’s where riders become friends and nights stretch late into laughter.

A Space for Every Story
The Ranch House sleeps up to ten guests across three distinct bedrooms, making it ideal for everything from family getaways to group rides and retreats.
- The primary suite is spacious and private, featuring a walk-in shower, large bathroom, and a separate patio for quiet mornings or late-night stargazing.
- The bunk room brings people together — perfect for kids, couples, or groups that don’t mind a little friendly chaos. A queen bed and two twin bunks turn it into a crash pad that’s both fun and functional.
- The third bedroom offers a cozy, affordable option — a simple double bed for solo travelers or guests looking to retreat early after a long ride.
Every stay includes full access to the kitchen, living room, and communal spaces stocked with essentials. Make pancakes at dawn, share a bottle of wine at dusk, or spread out your trail maps and plot tomorrow’s ride. Adventure planning happens here.
